Welcome to our website for Cass County's newest health organization, Healthy Cass County.  We're on a mission to provide a supportive network of resources, programs and facilities to improve the health and well-being of county residents, one step at a time.
Our mission is a grand one, however, we feel that encouraging physical activty and healthy choices is a worthy and essential pursuit.  Healthy Cass County strives to provide opportunities - whether it be walking to school, joining a local gym or trying a new recipe - to boost your health and prevent illness.
We recognize PREVENTION as a key player in our broader mission to improve the quality  of life for residents.  Our deepest desire is to encourage and support each person to be truly well - body, mind and spirit - so that ultimately our vocations, families and communities will reap the benefits of our good health.
